How would I do this in .htacces

Hi, I'm not the greatest when it comes to programming but I want to send all the nocookie surfers to a certain site when they enter so they dont click the links on my site. Is this possible and how would I do it?

You could do it with PHP by first checking if cookies are enabled...etc. It's quite easy task.<br /><br />But I dunno how to do it with .htaccess

I can't use php for my index page because of my script, otherwise I would. Anyone else have any other way of doing it?
