the colors are nice.. logo is nice too but i wouldn´t put exactly the same banner twice on a site..

Don't look at the banners they are just there for the spot of it until the site is running.

i find the dark yellow with black a little harsh and masculine, and shemale fans seem to like to think of the models as more female than male.

it's only my opinion - i'd lighten the yellow slightly.
