Ok. Just a couple of questions guys: <br />1. I'm wondering what niche to choose for a paysite? What niche has the best conversion? <br />2. What is better: make a megasite like lesbian, hardcore,teens together or a niche one? <br />Any input is appreciated.

i'm gonna give you a serious answer. pick a niche that there is a market for off the web, but one that there isn't much content for sale. go to your local adult bookstore and look at the magazines. you will find niches that aren't well represented on the web yet.<br /><br />don't jump right in with a paysite - newbies always do that and go broke. first make an avs site and see if you can market for the niche. if you can, go to a PROFESSIONAL designer and get your site made. use trigger phrases from the magazines.
