Which AVS to go with?

what is the best AVS system for a site to go with? I was thinking on making one of mine AVS however, you hear bad and good. Any Opinions?<br />And do you make any money with it? Thank you...

yes, there is money to be made in avs sites <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> <br /><br />1. if your gallery design and menu design are good, you can make upsells to your sponsor from the avs members. these members are basically pre-screened to have and be willing to use credit cards online. try <a href="http://www.sexkey.com/webmaster.cfm?id=id84759" target="_blank">sexkey</a> as they have one of the largest membership bases. <br /><br />2. if you can make an avs site that is better than your sponsors, you can make bank!<br /><br />3. you can give away free avs passwords to <a href="http://www.sexkey.com/webmaster.cfm?id=id84759" target="_blank">sexkey</a> or to <a href="http://www.freenetpass.com/cgi-bin/webmasterjoin.cgi?66567" target="_blank">freenetpass</a> which is often easier than selling.<br /><br />4. you can sell memberships on the basis that with your site, they also get access to thousands of other sites. i do the best with <a href="http://aux.avsofchoice.com/webmasters?refwm=3472908" target="_blank">cyberage</a> for this.<br /><br />5. you can make a premium site (like a paysite, almost) and get recurring. i think <a href="http://aux.cybersexnetwork.com/webmasters?refwm=3000403" target="_blank">cybersexnetwork</a> will be the best for this - they pay the most recurring, and they're new, so they won't send lots of people into your site. they will pay - 'cause they're owned by another highly trusted avs.<br /><br />whichever way you go, if you make a good site and have a sponsor inside that is targeted to the niche of your site, you will make money - it rocks!

I would go with proadult myself, i plan on using adultbouncer for another project of mine (a paysite) but proadult gives you almost the same benifits, but also CGI-bin access, which I have not seen at other AVS host.<br />If any AVS host can give me cgi-bin..and free hosting I would love to check you out<br />If you wanna sign up for proadult from my post..please email me and let me be your referrer please

Heather, that's nice of ya <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> the referrer codes are built into the links in my earlier post.<br /><br />actually i LOVE working with avs sites!<br /><br />one other avs i forgot to mention: <a href="http://www.adultcheck.com/cgi-bin/merchant.cgi?20604" target="_blank">http://www.adultcheck.com/cgi-bin/merchant.cgi?20604</a> they send a lot of quality traffic from their link page if you're trying to upsell BUT they have more stringent requirements and to get your avs site listed on their links, it has to be exclusive to them. with other avs's, you can mirror your promo and see which one works best for you, but not with adultcheck.

Basschick, what are the general dos and donts when it comes to using sponsor material in AVs and upselling? I looked at Sexkey from your link and the FAQ doesnt say much, just curious as to the general dos and donts. Thanks. Royale, avs's won't care about sponsor content. as long as the sponsor is kewl with it, all is well for standard avs sites.<br /><br />the only catch here is that if you actually send traffic to sell avs memberships with a site made with sponsor content, the sponsor could consider it promoting another sponsor (the avs) with their content. the avs sites i make with sponsor content i do not send traffic to - it's just for the avs link list members.<br /><br />i make the sites i sell memberships with out of other content.<br /><br />i hope this makes sense... i'm falling asleep

Okay Basschick, thats what I am wondering, I always thought selling access to sponsor pics would not be cool(okay with sponsor), but I see it is now <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> <br /><br />NO I have also heard some AVS dont like it when you just make sites and use their link list for traffic, kinda like leeching off their cardholders, but as I thought using sponsor pics wouldnt be okay with an AVS, I most likely "heard wrong" regarding this too, <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> thanks for the info girly <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
