He paid me when he started like 20 dollars for 20 GB.<br /><br />Now he already used 150GB, and he hasn't pay me.<br />I try to contact him already for 3 weeks.<br /><br />What would you do if you were a small host?<br /><br />BTW I can't call him, because I don't know his number, even if I had, he said don't mail me at my homeaddress because my parents don't know<br /><br />Andre

set him onhold and be sure he is a real client - no stolen CC etc. Why shouldn´t his parents don´t know that he is hosting a website - expect your host is called "YoungHardcoreSexWebsiteHosting" or something. If he don´t answer on the phone or doesn´t reply close the account and redirect the traffic or something so you don´t lost to much money.. if you are a small host as you said.

first off, i wouldn't accept a hosting customer that i had no phone number or home/business mailing address for.<br /><br />he *could* be over 18, but if he isn't, you could find yourself liable. <br /><br />change the username/password and change his index page to read GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR WEBHOST IMMEDIATELY.<br /><br />if he DOES get in touch with you (and it seems he's ignoring you for free bandwidth perhaps) and if he pays you, tell him that in the future he must either make payment within 3 days or else leave you a deposit to cover expenses.

Simple 5 days overdue TERMINATED i dont care if its 1GB over the limit no money no service. Its costing you money and being a small company i would put up a notice and redirect.<br /><br />Just put up a 404 error that reads "This site has been shut down, Sorry for the inconvience but you can click here to continue your search for free porn.<br /><br />I think if you plan to offer hosting you better get money up front or deal with the losses. Its a big problem when some guys dont make money with their sites they decide to leave the host to foot the bill.<br /><br />Just learn from this experiance and forget about it use it as a loss on taxes maybe and move on. If you beat your head tring to get your money it could cost you more time then its worth.
