why are the payouts so low
ppl pay 3,30 and the payout is about 20 cents thats about 6.5 %

Because telecoms take 50 % before webmaster and paysite system split. When people pay 3.30 on NL three messages is Sent and you get payed for each message . That equals about 1 EURO in payout for each WM for each member
