I don't see where or how you think that they're affiliated with ClickCash. I see nothing on their site even stating what kind of site(s) you would be promoting if you signed up for them. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

They are in the Netherlands according to whois... By middleman what do you mean? A broker or something?
