someone copyed my gallery exactly i see he has a phone number on his who is info should i call him? The content was ifriend pics.

I find my galleries around too, and made even a few signups of them cause they copied the code to <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> I think calling them will afraid him maybe but that won't stop all the others from copying.<br /><br />just my 2 cents<br /><br />Q.

If it really bugs you, setup a fake email address and pretend you are one of the girls in the pics and that you will sue him if he doesn't take them down. You could always not make any more galleries. That way nobody will copy you. Make galleries, someone is gonna copy you. Making a gallery isn't exactly rocket science nor the most original thing in the world, regardless of how kewl your gallery is.<br /><br />So you can either go about your business of attempting to make money knowing somewhere, some asshole is gonna copy your shit no matter what you do, or you can post on the boards pissing and whining about how someone stole your kewl gallery design. I'd venture to say you could have made more money continuing to work on your gallery making skills than you could hvae griping about some loser who copied you on the boards here.<br /><br />Yes, I am an ashole. If your using licensed content, one way you can nail them is by digitally watermarking your images. Then when they copy the images you nail them by showing the proof to your content provider. If they are just copying your layout, your shit outta luck really unless you wanna go file a copyright suit against the guy. Seeing as galleries won't make much money anyways, I revert to my statement of being shit out of luck.<br /><br />WG
