I agree with your list. I guess ordering depends on what converts better for each individual. The only one I wanted to add was SexHit, they are mor or less related to Intergal but not everyone knows of them...

My top converter has always been and still is TCG. I guess they were extremely flexible (let me host the tour) so that made them my top sponsor.

When you say ARS I'm not sure if you were including AgeOath, but it's converting very nicely because it's pretty new still.
