Yes, I dont know about IBill but CCBill will set it up for you. Or you can use Glo-Bill. They are easy to use.

CCBill and IBill both handle setup, but of the two I'd recommend CCBill for a simpler setup.

I agree with the above. I am currently using both, and CCBill is very much simpler to set up, both initially and for your second and subsequent sub-accounts.

As an addendum, though, I would advise using more than one payment processor if your paysite revenue is important to you in the longterm. Using only one processor makes you vulnerable...
