Newbie Needs Help

I am juststarting out in the Biz and have so far made a mess but it is slowly turning into a site.<br /><br /> I recently won content from Sobergirl but have not decided on which package to get.<br /><br /> My question is about traffic.<br /><br /> I have none, 0 natta<br /><br /> So link trading is impossable as everyone wants to trade links with a site that has hits.<br /><br /> i have submitted to a handful of engines and plan to use my hosts hospitallity to submit to 3600 more but I am waiting till I am satisfied with my Front Page and its Key words and whatnot.<br /><br /> What suggestions could I use to get more traffic?<br /><br /> Thanks all. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />

first off, put sponsors on all your galleries.<br /><br />second off, take 12-20 pics, make a gallery with your site as the sponsor links, and post it to tgp's. then make sure you have your trades set up on the first page of your site. when the hits start coming from the galleries, you will have hits to trade.<br /><br />if you want to do search engines, submit submit submit. also, if your site is any good at all, submit it to no recip needed link lists. you can find them at linkmachine.

reduce the quality of the thumbs and reduce both the size and quality of actual pictures..most paysites dont have images of that quality - it'll kill your bandwidth in seconds.<br /><br />make some free sites and submit them to free site places like link-o-rama to get some hits if your 've already got some content (which should be the case unless these lez pictures are unlicensed)<br /><br />worry about getting some traffic before starting to trade with other sits.<br /><br />also after looking around your site i'd advise to reduce the quality of all of the images on the site ..even your log one. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> <br /><br />to reduce the size and to compress the images use a program like fireworks, if you have this, if you dont have this then there are some free software programs around which can help you out.<br /><br />hope this helps <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> <br /><br />laters,<br />Chris

well, since you are one of the lucky types that win contests, go to ContentLotto and use all of your game plays to win the targeted sex.com traffic. After you win some of that, you should be set.<br /><br />Oh, and yeah, you might want to add some sponsors to your galleries, so you can make some money for your efforts.<br /><br />Since you have some nice content, suggest considering AVS. Have not had the time to make it prettier or do the sponser thing.<br /><br /> That is on the agenda though. I really appreciate all the feed back. i never considered designing a Stand Alone free site to submit to the free link listings. Thats because I am a Newbie. LOL<br /> I held little patience with the newbies in EQ, Quake and the like, now I am the newbie, scary.
