It's good to see you answering webmasters directly here .
I would like to have this chance to find out the truth about our money from september/2000 , while Josh was your reseller via Dialerprogram.com .

I heared many versions so far , some said you have paid him our money , some said u didn't .
My login/pass to clientstats with his old program still works : elron .
and i am owed for over 4k$ . And im sure there are many other webmasters who are owed too .

Let us know if there is any chance that we will see this money ever , or at least what happened to our money .

Just a quick note here mates:
GIB paid has paid dialerprogram for all International traffic on the current payout schedule. So, dialerprogram have been paid for all International traffic through Jan 2001. Feb 2001 traffic will be paid April 15 and so on. We paid dialerprogram for all US traffic up until Sept. 24. The US calls with Verity ceased in early October, so your stats will not
have any calls logged after early October. Unfortunately, the situation with GIB's (and others service bureau's who were using Verity Int'l) is still in court. The monies owed to GIB LTD are still quite substantial, and and GIB paid out of pocket for several months last year to IP's. We have yet to receive "substantial amounts" of monies we have already paid out to our IP's and re-sellers. That’s the run down of the current situation, and we are still hoping for the best and are cautiously optimistic that the court case goes in Verity's favour. Once this case is resolved in Verity’s favor and Verity pays the service bureaus the “substantial amounts” it owes them, we will promptly payout any outstanding monies still owed.

Other than that, it’s been very smooth sailing for the last several months. We are releasing our plug in dialer in the coming days. The plug is a self updating, completely dynamic system which will increase conversions and take the dialer to the next level of development.

I have been back and forth with Mike Bogoski via 20 total emails dating back to October 26th. All I've been getting from Mike is "Okay, sorry for the delay, I'm on it."

I have copies of every single email and would be happy to send them all to you.

Well should it be GIB making sure the resellers gets paid? Maybe - if they get a lot of complaints over one of their webmasters I think they should ban this guy and make sure he never gets a foot down. But it really cant be GIB thats taking care of stuff.

My last payment from Josh@dialerprogram was at september/2000 . Since that time this guy is gone from any kind of contact , and i dont believe i will ever hear from him again .
How can you pay a reseller the money he owes to his webmaster without making sure he will really pay it ? .
I am selling your current dialer via Snows Dialer now , and you are the same sponsor .
Maybe you can help me , and many others to put our hands on that money finally .
