another HOSTING question

I know everybody asks this but here once again.
I need the FASTEST dedicated hosting company out there, prices are not important but it has to be the fastest out there for both US surfers and the rest of the world. I dont know how they work and how many backbones a host has to be linked on so he will have the FASTEST network but plase dont spam here with referral accounts telling how good the host is, only positive feedback for everybody here on the board
