TGSW update how often do you do it?

How often do you guys update TGSW?
I'm flooded with gallery submissions in my email. I'm using X3 script for submissions but nobody seems to update :o

I'm using tgswupdates so you might try to check if they changed your submit form too.. because a lot of webmasters are using their updates
