I don't need you to be the hottest trade in history. You just need to have production. If you can only trade in the 20 a day level I don't give a shit so long as those people click on 40-60 links in that day. If you can do 100 cool, again, as long as they are clicking on 200-300 links. 500? FINE. Same shit. Can only send me 5 people? No problem, if they click on 10-15 links I will value you more than some fuck who is sending 1000 and they click on 200 links.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I really appreciate your shameless effort of copying my site but may I please notify you that you are infringing on my copyright. I would like to nominate you for world's greatest moron award but am afraid someone else could beat you badly thou, therefore, maybe I should nominate you for the world's stupidest newbie? Anyways, kindly change your site design to something unique/a design of your own before I burn your fucking ass. Please don't make me contact your sponsors to ban you over this either who are originally my long time sponsors ;)
Thanks you for your kind co-operation.
Respectfully,
webmaster @ seventhteen . com
P.s. I was sent to this thread by a friend of mine. You fucking made me register here too just so I could post this.. well, maybe now I will visit here too once in a while. But let me assure you of this, most teen tgps out there won't trade with you until you change the design, instead, they will just hit me up on icq like someone just did.

RCA stole the broadcast moving picture camera. Sony made it possible for you to steal TV shows. Ever used Napster? Kazaa? Sure you haven't. Yeah, I admit it. I started with your design. I am slowly moving away from it and into my own. Eventually we will look quite different. As for copywrite, I fail to see one on your site (last time I checked). As for trading, having no problems what so ever. As for sponsors, I have a good relationship with a few of them. I am not ungrateful to you, please don't think I am, shit, I originally left many of your sponsor links in tact. If I had more time, I would have made a great deal of changes but I don't, sorry.
In the mean time, tell me about how no one is copying anyone and I will show you how many 'made' webmasters are:

You really can't be that stupid.. just because I didn't put a copyright notice at the bottom doesn't mean it's not copyrighted material. Typically my company's legal rep would send this to you:
The copyright laws of the United States, codified at Title 17 of the U.S. Code, and as incorporated into the Berne Convention on Copyright, provide intellectual property protection to a wide variety of creative works. Obviously, these laws protect literary and artistic creations.
For example, magazines, travel guides, maps and encyclopedias are protected under the copyright laws; not because their authors have rights in the underlying facts which comprise the work, but because their efforts in the selective assembly of that underlying information created a useful and beneficial tool for public consumption which therefore had been nonexistent or unavailable.
"SEVENTHTEEN.COM," as a compilation of pre-existing URLs and their unique gallery design, are protected under the U.S. and Canada Copyright Acts, as amended, and the Berne Convention on Copyrights. The crew of ECA Tech Ltd. spends significant time, energy and resources in bringing websites such as seventhteen.com, a daily updated thumbnail gallery post. Accordingly, individuals or entities identified as copying designs from the Seventh Teen TGP are considered copyright infringers and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. Penalties for copyright infringement include statutory damages of up to $100,000.00 per act of willful infringement and recovery of attorneys' fees incurred in taking thieves to court.

But since I was definite that you're just another stupid newbie i wouldn't bother. Instead one more time, change the fucking design to something of your own. The urls you provided I know most of their owners. Many of them are owned by the same owner or company yet they may have many similarities in design but not copied. And also most bigger text based teen tgps not likely to trade with you unless they think I or my company owns your site too.
Ya know they say every theif out there thinks they are somehow justified of stealing and i guess you are a prime example.

Obviously you know I am not going to take it down ASAP and piss off and lose the users I already have that are bookmarked.
When I am done (within a few days) with the changes I have sitting on my local HD and upload them, the website will be so different that you will not possibly mistake it for any other website.
Bare with me is all I can say.
Ohh and as for sponsors that don't duplicate...
Why does every single one of them have a knock off of the Bangbus Bros. reality sites, all with the same tours, some with the same models, and others with the same tours, models, and videos.
I am not saying duplication is right and I am also not saying my blatent duplication of your site was right either. Heat of the moment, I needed something on the domain and put it there only expecting to have it there for a day or 2. Turned into a week and a half. Sorry.

That's a different issue. Sponsors have similarities not copies. No decent sponsor in their right minds will risk a lawsuit by copying. A model herself can pose for any site(s) unless it's in breach of contracts with some companies. A webmaster can legally license any video unless originally exclusive to some specific site or company etc. Reality is a concept like tgp, for instance, I didn't say you couldn't have a tgp I said not my design.. different.
