Webmaster Referral - please help

Can someone tell me of a few webmaster referral programs or any referral programs for that matter that are free to sign up for (not requiring a credit card) and make me some money.<br />i know adultrevenueservice.com pays 20 bucks for a webmaster referral..but the webmaster needs to make a lot of sales...and it gets complicated<br />thanks for your time

If you send legit webmasters to ARS theres no problems i never eeven had to wait for the referals to make a sale yet. But i dont think many programs will pay just to send them a signup that does not produce anyting.

most referral programs require the referred webmasters to either send some signups in a certain time to get a bonus and/or a percentage of what they make each months.

i signed up for helmy, referred some people, then i realized the webmasters need to generate many signups.<br />Aren't there any companies out there that give out a flat fee for webmaster referrals and pay even if the webmaster makes no sales?

mastermind, I guess I was wrong saying no signup needed, but this is what is says in their terms: <br />"Webmaster referral bonus is paid on per 'active' webmaster. A referred webmaster account is considered 'active' when it generates just one or more signups." So, after 1 signup of the referred webmaster, you should be credited the $25. It's normal, otherwise you could refer friends with no traffic or sites. But besides the 1 signup needed, do you know if they need "many" signups for you to get the credit? Somewhere in their terms or from practice?
