CyberAge (AgeCheck) was one of the first programs that I made some good money on. Now I can't make decent $$$ from them. I checked my stats and even some of my preferred sites aren't listed on their link list. I found out the reason they aren't listed is I have the CyberAge signin script on the front page. One of my preferred sites has 200 pics and a total of two banners - and it ain't listed because the precious CyberAge login script is on the front page -- ahhhh!! Many of my crap ( e.g. banner farms ) sites are listed though, I guess because the Cyberage script is not on the front page. I carefully checked the webmaster lounge and couldn't see any such requirement, in particular on their page http://www.cyberage.com/wm/nl_reason.html . Were any of you guys notified?
I would consider redoing the sites if it would help conversions and get me listed. What do you guys think of having a splash page. (IMHO - I've done best when shortening the distance between the surfer and the signup page - i.e. short tours )

cyberage lists the crap sites under regular sites links. they won't list the platinum sites unless they have a minimum 2 page tour. it's been like that as long as i can remember.
they also require a paragraph telling about cyberage since they have no promo information on the platinum signup form.
is it worth it? depends on how good your promo is and whether you update. if it's good, and you do let the surfers know that you update, you will make recurring money, which is sweet. if your promo sucks or you only update like once every two months, might make more sense to go with their standard or to go with a free avs.

Thanks Basschick. I should have a look at trying to sell Cyberage to the CyberAge traffic a bit more. They used to have a bit of a tour themselves. The current cyberage tour option seems pretty lame and certainly sucks on the traffic I've sent it. To be honest though AgeOath and ProAdult seem to be best for me at the moment.

ageoath looks nice to me... because they launch a fpa before people enter your site, and it is highly targeted - and we get $ for each sale :)
i just started one site with them and immediately made a sale off that fpa!

I'll agree with sticks and basschick, ageoath is doing great for me right now, probably because its so new, once the whole market gets to it conversions will drop..
