I ll give you a good advice,
ask for the stats program each of the hosts is using.

If they use MRTG - than you have to look for a price under $1 per prepaid GB.

If they use Wusage, than $2.4 is a good price.

Different programs count different amounts of GBs - dont get fooled by that.
