People yesterday I blacklisted Snows dialer on my site and as a result AWI banned my domain.
I would like to hear what you all think of this after I present you my case

Snow addmitted to some shady stuff on his methods of getting webmasters for his dialer

I responded to that thread and as I expected he attacked me because I also run a dialer program.

My response was based only on what I read on that thread and had nothing to do with any businesses I run.

At the same time I talked with webmasters that are not getting payed by Snow and are getting ignored on ICQ

Now as a result of that I decided to blacklist vipdialer on my dialer resource.

As a result the almighty owners and admins of this board decided to ban my url for this reason as was stated here

And this is just one of many I got.

Now how do you feel that the admins and owners resort to actions like these to defend a guy that admitted to:

Blackmailing webmasters in to getting him members
Does not pay webmasters that do not make tons of minutes.

Please keep in mind all the above is proven no speculation there.

Even Snow's sponsor GIB agreed he was doing wrong as you can read in the thread above.

I'm not slandering here I'm stating facts.

As I will probabely get banned like spamking for this I can safely say that after today you will not see me anymore on this board as I have a serious problem with the ethics of the admins and owners that seem to prefer illegal practises before honest businesses.

But before that happens I would like to hear your thoughts on the matter that is if this thread doesn't get locked first

If he had NOT cheated, and Snow said "i wont pay you if you dont spam your list", then you would be right, but i dont think it was blackmail.

More, you scratch my back, i'll scratch yours - or paying him to spam the list, where the payment was the amount he had lost by cheating.

3) Of course GIB made the statement they did, they are not stupid. But read between the lines, "we'll have to sit down with snow and have a talk with thim" Thats a slap on the wrists, in public they condone it, but do you really think they will have taken any action?

4) Reviewing Tim's post, *page2*, it would appear that he banned your domain name because you started with the banning, banning Snow and not Dialer King (with which Tim has had a lot of problems with, and is justifiably pissed off with)

Like you said, does it really matter?

I accept that Tim own this board, pay for bandwith for it and moderate it with Richard and Magnatique for free.

But, I do not understand that Wolfshade's dialer program and resources site is banned, while vipdialer.com isn't.

It's proven that snow gives a dialer to warez webmasters, which are illegal. So, he help the illegal activities on the internet to get bigger!

Also, it's roven that snow doesn't care of webmasters that make small amount of minutes, which is really bad : If a ebmaster is trying the hold times on dialers, he can't send 1000+ minutes to each of them.....so if he gets 50 minutes on 10 dialers, then he get no cash for it???

Snow, I have nothing against you, but you should change your way of doiing business. Just my tought.....use it or leave it, I don't really care. But what I know is that I will never use one of your dialer after I read the Duke's logs and after I know you provide dialer to illegal websites.

Tim: I agree with you that you own this board, but you should think about it: Wolf never spammed his resource and dialer site. We only answer to threads that ask for it....and that is a great service I think. On the other hand, snow spammed the hell of on this board, and never get blacklisted.

Weird stuff I must admit.
But like I said, I do not want to do your business guys. I'm just here to say the facts as they are.

Snow was blacklisted for both things the ethics and the ripping off. Even now he's ignoring Duke.

Like I said show me the webmasters spamking has ripped off and I'll blacklist him, but you have none!

I always test every sponsor with low amounts so I don´t loose much when they don´t pay me
I don´t care too much about the 100$ he promised but didn´t send.
I make enough to say fuck the 100$ but imagine a guy who doenst earn so much and does it fora living gets not paid as he maybe decided to switch or can´t produce enough minutes.
Maybe he has a family with 2 kids and a wife. what can he do ?
nothing as the amount is very low it wouldnt be too rentable to sue snow.
Some may say hmm 100 $ not much anyway.

I do not know why Tim blocked your domain, but I am sure he has his reasons. And one thing is for sure Tim is NOT involved in vipd.com and is NOT protecting snow as he would be his first born.

FOr the last time this has NOTHING to do with my dialer program and EVERYTHING To do with my dialer resource.

You were listed there as a trusted dialer.

Now after the posts I mentioned above I got a lot of webmasters comming out of the closet with proof of your practises. THAT + the fact that you don't care about illegal sites is the reason nothing else.

As for spamming:

We do not make this statement lightly, but after talking to numerous webmasters that showed their proof there is no doubt in our mind, only the webmasters doing a large amount of minutes get paid.
Questionable business ethics
Vipdialer will resort to almost anything as it seems, even things like blackmail are part of their set of marketing tools, proof of this can be found here


Snow's not blacklisted for spamming dreamer as you can see.

Webmaster dialer is blacklisted for spamming because after his spamming adventures(which I'm sure you all remember) he promised not to do that again. So I listed his program after being vouched for by his webmasters using his dialer.

Then I catch him doing the same routine on the Porncityboard, so yes THEN I blacklist.

With the icq spam, same thing, he doesn't blackmail him, he tells him he will sort out the problems that the guy had (ie cheating) and pay him his money if he spams - to me, whilst being shady in its nature (spam/warez) it is still effectively Snow paying the guy to spam his icq list - he has already been kicked off the program for cheating, that is not contested.

Therefore the guy is not owed any money, and hence cannot be blackmailed for it.
