I need a CJ script to manage traffic on a non adult website. I will be trading traffic with sites that tend to host using free hosts and have subdomains.
For instance, site one might be www.geocities.com/site1 (http://www.geocities.com/site1) and site two would be www.geocities.com/site2 (http://www.geocities.com/site2)
Are there any scripts that would recognize the two links above as two separate sites and allow me to trade with each of them or would the script see that both sites use the same common domain and so the script wouldd think the hits are coming from one site only.
I guess I'd probably have to give each trade partner a unique link such as http://mydomain/cgi-bin/myscript.cgi/in.cgi?site=id. I know you can do this with CJpro, but that is kind of buggy, are there others that still have the same feature?
thx

Battuss, the script looks good, but I don't see anywhere where you can give users a unique id to which to send traffic to so that it can be counted...ie http://mydomain/cgi-bin/myscript.cgi/in.cgi?site=id.
Are you using this feature withe script you mentioned?

Why would you need to give them a unique ID for that just use a toplist ranking script.
Hence the name thats what toplist scripts were created for. . .
Otherwise what a trading script like buttass uses works to do just what CJPro and the likes does and tracks path not domain. Non Nude sites run on geocities and other non adult hosts and seem to be trading fine without the need for id=xx to track them.
If you have a trade script it should track free hosts as http://domain/user/* as * being anything after that path. The biggest reason for not tracking with id=xx is that it could then be a bookmark type referer hitbot or used on 50 BS sites just to boost clicks.

Toker,
That's exactly what I am looking for, a script that will recognize www.geocities.com/site1 (http://www.geocities.com/site1) and www.geocities.com/site2 (http://www.geocities.com/site2) as two different sites.
All these scripts are quite expensive and I wouldn't want to spend the money without knowing for sure that what I need is possible.
I just installed CJ ***** and it will recognize subdomain1.host.com and subdomain2.host.com as two different sites, but it won't recognize
www.freehost.com/subdomain1 (http://www.freehost.com/subdomain1) and www.freehost.com/subdomain2 (http://www.freehost.com/subdomain2) as two different sites which is what is needed for hosts such as geocities.
Do you know of any that would meet my needs. Ideally a free script as I am new to this, but if you know of a paid one, let me know as well.
thx
