Looking for a phone billing solution...

I am looking for an international phone billinng solution that would work like this : surfer calls a number (different for each country if possible), receives a PIN code or some password and upon that he or she would be billed a 1 time amount (of my choice) to the phone bill.<br />That PIN code would than grant the surfer a month access to some sort of a membership site - it doesnt neccessary have to be an adult site.<br /><br />Anyone knows about something like this?

Don't see any evidence of their doing that - their "pay per call" dialers are, in fact, pay per minute. Hence the stuff about calls of less than 3.5 minutes not counting, but being rolled into the next one.<br /><br />There are two major countries where we can bill drop charged - the US and Germany. People have tried this sort of billing in other countries by capturing caller-ID, doing a reverse lookup to get the user's address and mailing them a bill. Works with a varied degree of success.<br /><br />Dave

Actually I dont look for a dialer or any kind of software, what I want is a system where the surfer has to dial some number via a regular phone and obtain the password through the voice call itself.

We can do this in the US and Germany on drop charges where the user pays a fixed amount for the call, irrespective of its length; elsewhere we have (currently) to bill per-minute. We have done some stuff billing (for example) $20 as a 10 minute $2/min call, which works OK.<br /><br />How much do you want to bill, what countries, etc.?<br /><br />Dave

I would need to bill to us many countries as possible. And how does your system work? Do they have to pick up the phone themselves and make the call? Or is it some software?<br /><br />I am not sure yet about the amount, but it would be a rather small one. How much % ou of the earnings would go to me?
