OutLook Express File Size

Where do you go to change the max file size? A lot of peps said cahnge it to 150kb because of the virus load. Any ideals =)

go to Tools>Message Rules>Mail
make a new Mail Rule, in the 1st section select "where the message size is more than size", then in the 3rd section click on "size" link and set the size you need, then in 2nd section select "delete it from server" and click "OK"

the last thing.... if you have more mail rules, move that one to the very top of the list..

I've tried changing my message rules to delete emails over 150kb on the server, I am getting about 40 of this friggin email an hour, but it doesn't seem to make any difference and it still downloads it.....
