Since I have shooted only single girl sets I had no idea if I should have model releases and ID`s of girls which are non nude just kissing or showin her tits.

People give me different answers so I have decided that:

I have Model release and 2 ID`s of every person who is on the pictures and these pictures are according ''sexually explicit conduct'" (this mean showing genitals also).

I have model release in czech language only of every person who is non nude just kissing etc. for my and webmasters protection.

according to 2257 US I need model release and ID`s for ''sexually explicit conduct'' and that means

(A)
sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;

(B)
bestiality;

(C)
masturbation;

(D)
sadistic or masochistic abuse; or

(E)
lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person;

But anyway I have Model Releases and ID`s of people in this set so IT`S 100% legal so please shut the fuck up.

what do you mean "here"?

I`m citizen of the Czech rep. and producing in the Czech rep. so I have to follow Czech laws. For producing content in the Czech rep. I don`t need any model release and ID`s!!!
But it`s better to have model release for my protection and protection of my customer.

And because I`m selling content also to US webmasters I HAVE Model release in english language and also two forms of ID so the webmasters who are buying from me are protected!

But in Czech rep. I don`t need them.

Mayby there is a time to do some international laws regarding pornography on the internet, because different country - different law.
