My host does not allow nude pictures to be host on there server.

Maybee is illegal, maybee is not. Either way, they not allow it.

Answer me this then? How you host nude images on your server without problems with law? Maybee you live in place that allow nude on server but I am not. So I must link to image on other webmasters server.

When you link to pictures, movies, or whatever from another persons site you are using up there bandwidth. Bandwidth is the size allowed to be downloaded for a given month. For example.. you linking to images on my site regardless of your size will end up costing me at least $10 more a month. And how do i benefit?? I dont, I lose money. That is just the way it is. So why not quit fucking around with kiddie webhosts and get a real webhost, and by the way, the internet is international..wheather you are in afganistan or america porn is legal. so tell your host to fuck off and get a new one, and you dont need a host that is locaded where you are. Get a host that is in california, or boston or whereever, it makes no fucking difference. Stop leeching peoples images. It is lame, And if you want people to work with you tomake money dont be a jack ass and leech from them.

Ok, let think of it this way:
You hotlink to an image which you are LICENSED to and AUTHORIZED to, your ok. This means that the server hosting the image allows you to and that person has the license agreements for the ownership. This could arise in a situation where you own 2 servers and one of them doesn't allow you to host porn.

What you definitely cannot, should not, and will be killed for doing, is hotlinking to any image your not given permission to or that your not licensed to. So, I can't just hotlink that new britney spears picture I found from a gallery. You do that and they'll be a beatdown.

Now, what's the problem with this? Almost always, people do the second case and as such people have made scripts to look for hotlinkers which automatically rejects anyone who hotlinks. Therefore, your stuck now not being able to hotlink because of the people who abused it.
