Thought I would write because I am getting a little frustrated and I also thought that maybe others could benefit from this if a could discussion came out of it.

I am trading with just over 20 sites and my traffic goes up and down like a whores nightgown. It can be anywhere from 800 hits to 1200 hits daily without me changing anything. Somedays I can send over a hundred hits to a trade, other days less.
I have the toplist, permanent links in my listings, some out.cgi's etc. I am trading mostly with teen/babe type sites and my listing are primarily made up of those. A few weeks back I removed the descripts from my listings and traffic died so I put them back in and it came back a little.
I am finding it hard to increase trades. A few of the sites that I trade with have really increased theirs with other sites but I am falling down in their toplists. Can anybody offer some suggestions or give some feedback without totaly cutting me up?
