Dont join Energyhosting today!

I joined them after finding out their prices and after several conversations were
assured that they were a quality host.

Everything was going well other than the
slow to reply support but I kinda expected this due to the lower price.
Its Thursday morning at about 03.00 am(GMT) and I finally go to bed leaving my site in perfect working order and with some nice trades going.
I return to my site later that day in the afternoon to find I'm unable to access my admin page(I just get an error) and all of my trades dead!
I then try to contact energyhosting and I don't get a reply for hours and by then my trades are well and truly dead. I then get
a reply many hours later and he doesn't even know what's up. I tell him and he just replies that it WAS their fault and its been fixed, no sorry, even though my entire CJ site's been destroyed!

Well I don't really like being treated like
shit and reckon other CJ webmasters wouldn't like to be treated the same either.
So I reckon you should give energyhosting a miss and join a quality host who gives a crap
about its customers.

Energyhosting, you suck.

Dude....dont bad mouth paid hosting companies around here man..... you could just be once dissatisfied customer when they have 5000 satisfied ones.

Ive heard nothing about them on this board...so they must be doing something right over there.

Im with energyhosting for a week now and im happy with them. The speed is good, theres always someone online who will help you out.
But i have to say i had a similar incident last night/today (im in holland) all my scripts stopped working...They said it was because of a bad script i was using...could be, took me hours to install everything again though. But so far they seem like a real good host.

I just dont think its fair to judge a company unless there is a consensus already known to the public!

Slow replay to support? All your support requests were answered in less than two hours, get real.

You were told what is going on and that the problem has been taken care of less than two hours after we received your email.

You must understand that you are on a server that is being shared with other people and it is possible that something caused by one user will have an affect on another, that is just how it works and there is nothing that can be done about it.

How exactly were you treated "like shit"?
We even helped you setup and configure your scripts and you are only on our smallest plan, you did not even say thanks.

I feel that our customer service has been excellent and that you have no base for this post. If there is something that you are not happy with, you should have told us and we would have tried to make you happy.

You can not say that energyhosting "suck" just because your cgi scripts did not work for a few hours.

As for battus, you are sharing a server with mistman (not for long) and you had a similar situation. I would like to stress that this was a problem on only ONE virtual hosting server.
