AVS sites?

What's the minimum amount of AVS sites does one needs to starts earning a profit? I read on most boards that you need to have 100s of AVS sites to get good traffic and make money. I find that a bit too much sites to manage or hold into a portfolio. Is 3 to 5 sites enough?

3-5 sites is fine
as long as you have external traffic to feed them

if your looking to get the traffic off the avs link lists and upsell to 3rd party sponser or precious metal program

then you need 100's

if you're only focusing on one niche, one avs site is all you need to send all your traffic to. once it is tweaked to sell, you'll make money.

the sites that you are selling avs passwords with...that you are selling avs memberships with


should have a little more than a 30 pic gallery


add a little more to these type of sites
(free liveshows are available everywhere)
and they will sell great from freesite linklist traffic

There are two entirely different philosophies to selling avs sites.

1. Sell the membership to the avs itself. In this case, treat your avs sites just like any other sponsor site, link them from everyone of your gallery pages and free sites and promote the hell out of the avs itself.

2. Use the traffic you get from current avs members to upsell to your own paysite or your other sponsors. Where are you going to get a more targetted surfer, one who's got a cc and will use it to pay for porn?

The two types of sites should be built quite differently, the first one with really no outside links or upsells until you get into the pass protected area, unless you want to throw an email panel on there (one that doesn't require the visitor to leave your site) and the other as chock full of ads as the avs will allow all the way through.

and add the links to your money bars
over time you get good results if the avs sites are good niche

Well, would have to think that whichever you have the most success getting traffic to would be the best way to get it to your AVS.

I use movies rather than pics, and you are welcome to look at an example of how I do it, and it is not a cj, and no console b.s. so you do not need to worry about getting stuck in some browser-crashing loop,

is to market some avs sites directly on you cj2

I have been doing this with good success off my small CJ2 (5k per day) getting 1-2 FNP sales a day ($15-30/day)
