Lensman told you how the webmaster was cheating and even pointed out the rule he broke to you. He even asked you to keep his emails private. You ignored everything he said and called Amateur Pages a crook.

Apparently you think that programs are not allow to have rules. I work with Lensman and have seen him sue people in europe for much less.

Personally, I'm surprised he even took the time to answer your emails, since you are some unknown. But he always trys to talk to all webmasters, regardless of size. I guess he thought you we're honest and impartial. Obviously he was wrong.

If it was then everytime someone went to a tgp, and copied some links from them for their filler galleries on their own site, that would be the same thing. You slandard Lensman and The Amateurpages Programs, and that was your first mistake. What's funny is Lensman has so many friends, that he is letting you off easy, with only these few hits.. If he wanted to and asked a few favors, we could Melt your server in 1 day....hahahahah

I do personally feel that if taken to court for some charge, AP would have a hard time showing that what they did was not malicious and deliberate in causing disruption to the other guy's site.

I am not taking anysides here. kj could of been slandering the program and that would not be right, but I would hope that a "big name sponsor" would act in a professional way. This is the second time this "server killing" technique has been used by the "big guys." If they are so big, why don't they act like it?

When you pay regarless of conversion, some people try to shortcut, like Web (post your account number and we can see what you did wrong - I'm sure we can get you back on the right path). On the other hand, all cheaters profess their innocence. If you guys don't think people try to cheat us, think again. When we stopped the FN click program, there were 6 scripts out there designed just to cheat us (we caught them all).

I'm not backing anyone up or anything, but I just had to say that I know James(Tanker) is a very nice guy, honest and legit. I was a member of something called Internet Marketing Warriors a longtime ago and I know him by reputation, plus my boss knows him pretty good (he was also in the Warriors).

I don't know Lensman, but all I've heard is that he runs a honest and good sponsorprogram. Although a little strict with the rules perhaps, I've heard nothing but good from friends who use AP.

If your account has bad convertions we are going to investigate it and 9 times out of 10 its violating the rules this violation of the rules is what gets you cancelled

the Low convertions are what flag the account to be investigated

I don't know a thing about KJ, but I think his site is useless. I don't know what it is, I see guys bitching about AP, Mojo, and many oither sponsors. Well, WTF, I have been using these guys for years. I never have a problem with them. I know some online pals that have been canned, but when I start asking, they usually have broken the T&C's of the program. Anyway, all these sponsor rating sites & webmaster resource sites are a bunch of bullshit. What works for you may not work for me, and vice versa. It is all about marketing, and your own techniques/results. I have been doing this long enough to know I don't believe shit just because I read it on a board. Remember the GBU? That was a load of fucking shit, yet every numbnuts out there has seen it. People STILL ask for the fucking URL!
And let me say this: If I open a program in the future, and someone defames it on their site, I will smoke their server ASAP. IMHO Lenseman let this guy off easy. I'd be sending some jabronies over to bust his legs off and stick them up his ass. It'd be cheaper.
