Well, let's think about this. Search Engine Traffic is some of the best quality, I don't think anybody will debate this. TGP's have historically been associated with bad traffic since it doesn't convert well. Why? Well, let's think of it, people have been offering trades and blind links and popups like hell and so the user can find all the free porn in the world. To the bidder of the keyword, chances are he will not only bookmark the site but use it often. Over the lifetime of this person, he could be worth 19 cents. I wouldn't personally, but to this person it may be.
