I've been signed up for awhile at trafficcash but does that mean I'm signed up with cenniche also? And I see cenniche pays 20 cents per click is this true do they pay

ummmmm, no your not signed up for both unless you actually signed up for both separately. They pay but they demand high conversions. Its not set in stone but around 1/250 must convert
