starting out building a new site and i would like some advise on building content I dont mind paying for it within reason , but would like some feedback on who can provide me with some quality content reasonably cost effectively.

Im also agonising over streaming video and the who to use issue can anybody recommend useful info on video. and do i find a host myself or somehow link off a service ??

last of all im considering hosting with exmasters .. has anybody had any bad news from these guys?
