First of all.. a few basic rules

When scouting, scout with low amounts of turns, preferrably 10 at most and vary district at each scouting.

Keep whores and thugs at 100% happiness to prevent them from leaving.

Whores want:

Crack
Condoms (Dont forget this! Buy large amount)

Thugs want:

Beer
Weapons (Cant afford big guns? Buy pistols)

And DO NOT attack in the beginning of the game unless you know what you're doing http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Overdosing whores is my favorite pastime when I've grown big haha. Send 100,000 crack rocks to some moron and kill all his whores. Hahahaha. But we'll get to that later http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

Anyway.. when you've grown past say 500k and have a lot of thugs equipped with AK-47s, check the ranking lists (link at bottom left) for someone with a good amount of lowriders but low on thugs. Note his number and go to "Attack Pimp" on main menu (right side, near the top) and choose "Jack Vehicles".

Then sell the lowriders you took. You can get $7500 each! I jacked 1037 lowriders my last game. Very nice way of making money.

Earlier, they used to have a page where you could watch recent attacks.. where you could see who was attackable. Too bad they removed it, it was good for newbies.

(go for people in your range.. on the ranks..)

If they have few punks,but loads of whores, that means they are likely to have their punks armed pretty well...

If they have low amount of whores, their punks can't be armed all that well...

and if they have a shit load of low riders, then they can't have spent shit on guns.

I say we dont go online for two days, and save up a shit load of turns. 24hrs = 336 (?) turns.

Now we go online, and spend a few turns building up the thugs via buying them with our whore money.

Say we do it in blocks of 60: we need $120,000 for thugs, and $50,000 for low-riders (10 low riders with 6 thugs in each).

He will wipe out all 60 of our thugs, because he has loads of thugs, all with AKs.

Mag, you need more condoms...

The formula is # of hoes squared = # of condoms required to not have your hoes get all unhappy when all your thugs are killed.

With 1400 hoes, you need 1,960,000 condoms to do "thugless" successfully. If your hoes are happy, they essentially can't be stolen.

I thought I had found a decent target the other day, wasted turns, money, thugs and crack on him, and only managed to kill his thugs. As a reward, every punk in his alliance has been by to take a potshot at me, and I'm still down about a million from where I would be if I hadn't fucked around :-)

A couple of hints I picked up, most of which you probably already know -- value - (hoes * 2500) - (thugs * 800) - (lowriders * 3000) = cash + crack. Crack value is always divisible by three, so if you can divide by three and not come up with an even number, he's got at least a few bucks (if not, it's all crack, or he's smart enough to keep cash only in multiples of 3 :-). You can't steal a happy hoe. Hoe happinesss is only calculated when the pimp is online, so killing all of the thugs of an offline pimp will not make his hoes immediately unhappy. Drivebys do much more damage than home invasions, but can't steal money (so drive by first, invade second). All of your thugs will fit in however many lowriders you have (even if it's REALLY cramped). You get 6 extra turns if you stay off for six plus hours; you get five extra turns (once) for voting.
