We've just started and have only one gallery, so we can't apply for a partner account yet. We tried to submit the gallery in regular submission, but failed because we got a message back from you that our pictures were 0.0 kB and too small. Obviously, our pictures are bigger than 0.0 kB, so you might want to check the program.

Is there any other way to submit? For instance through an email?

looks abit stupid as for me - if you give partner accounts to webmasters - for what this passphrase?

To prevent assholes from submitting script generated galleries. Unless that passphrase is there, I'll get tons of tgsw generated galleries and they all suck. Not to mention it's my fucking site and I am free to do whatever I want to do with it. If you don't like the way it is, by all means, don't submit.
