When I was using it I averaged 21c a minute, but then again your rate GREATLY depends on your traffic pool

sandman i did 28 to 31 cents up until a month and half ago and my traffic is about the same,some SE and topsite no trades with cjs so i usally do good.have to wait and see i guess,maybe it will turn around.

of course it does! i'm no longer with dialup2, but i am with a niteline dialer and the same per-country minutes apply.

if your traffic comes almost entirely from china, you're talking about 3 cents a minute.

my traffic comes from germany, u.s. and australia, so i have a high per-minute average.
