I believe ICSTIS is a self regulated PRS/IPRS group which all the reputable PRS/IPRS players in the UK are part of.

ICSTIS requires all dialers to prompt the UK surfer for a PIN number, have a timer shown at all times when the surfer is surfing that shows exactly how much the surfer owes, have a walled garden to prevent them from accessing the outside Internet, and a few other misc things like displaying the phone number and such.

If you are not compliant, then ICSTIS reserves the right to goto your PRS/IPRS line provider and order them to shut you down.

We're going to be ICSTIS compliant, but if other networks choose not to be ICSTIS compliant that is their business. The largest risk they run into is losing the route and getting fined, but they WON'T lose ALL of their routes.

Also keep in mind that ICSTIS is NOT a government organization and we are in NO WAY suggesting what non ICSTIS compliant networks are doing is illegal.

At this time we really don't know enough about ICSTIS to make an opinion since we're a U.S. based company, but we're going to play it safe and play by the rules.

However we do know that the big boys like Telcoweb are compliant, so we will be too.

Actually dialerheaven.com is NOT a varadox reseller. They are running their own dialer program as a direct supplier in addition to offering a reseller program so resellers can launch their own dialer program.
