well, I took my average productivity and add as much %'s as I need for 120% average back... it's mean that if my average productivity is 60% I should make 60 offset

Yes, I do the same thing.
However, when ever I use the auto-adjust feature with a really low productive site (which is where you need to use the feature,)
I find that using the auto-adjust kills off the trade in time, even though I offset it enough to keep it at a 120-130 ratio... Anyone else get that problem?
