Ginasfavorites.com has a couple of galleries that you can use the templates of if you wish.

Sexxxvids has a few galleries you can use the designs from. The ones for freeticketcash worked very well last time I used them.

Thumbnailgallerylist has a AGSQL database of around 500 FHG's and thumbs that I made.
