What "free host" has 4 lines of text on the top of their pages?

Anybody know of any free hosts with very little avertisment on top and bottom. Earlier this week someone posted a message about a free host which only has 4 rows of text on the top. I would really like to know which free host this is.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!
