Ha, that got you attention. Now, I have a question of productivity. Does Anyone's total Out's from their site beat their Ins? In other words is it hard to get to 100%+ percent productivty. Im finding it very difficult =(

it's possible to reach 100% but you need a good design adn a lot of free pics on your site to boost it

You can reach 100% very easily using picture links to trades, but this traffic will have very low productivity. I think you should improve your traffic productivity as well as out/in ratio.
