2. payout rate
3. sample url of where the exit goes
4. payments (weekly etc)

would do the job I think

I will only speak for myself and my resellers:

1) We count Raw hits, not uniques
2) Payout is $0,0045 US per hit
3) 12.42.235.39/redir.asp?id=1
4) Every Week

+ Webmaster Referal System
+ Contact us for high volume deals / higher payouts

We will add a uniques program in the next few days, not sure about the payout yet.
