Ratioed Content Or No Content?

Ratioed Content Or No Content. Can someone tell me what will work better. As far as outgoing productivity and overall traffic, would ratioed content (say 50% of the time using UCJ 4) boost traffic, or just lower traffic with higher quality. I can't seem to figure this out on my own. . . Stupid me. . . .Also, is it worth paying for extra bandwith just for the content?
