To all, i did give everyone my cell phone number and the last cj site to call me on it was nick dion last october.
if you dont really recall, remember http://www.hiddenteens.com/invoices.htm
i can show whomever the logged. that page hasnt been touched in a month. my number is at the end of the first paragraph. i also, have email and obviously icq.
lastly, a few of people need to learn some business sense. emi put cj sites on the map. over the last 7 monthes we have paid money that supports you. i dont have a doubt that without us buying up exit traffic 70% of these sites wouldnt be here. So, i think showing a tad of respect and realizing my bank has been dicking me around just the same as you think i have done to you would be appreciated. they tell me wire is coming tomorrow and so i relay that everyone. but, obviously the saga continued until yesterday.
Lastly, to those who chose not to understand my situation and chose to bad mouth me for no moral reason. i dont think you will do well in this business if you keep burning down bridge such as tonite. but, to those like nickd, tony, due(even though he doesnt sell me exit. i am quite impressed with his morality) and the other 1.5M hits a day emi buys i would like to thank you for sticking with us and knowing we are an honest company.
that is all, i bid you peace

Hi Brian and all others,

I really do not think that this is a bitchin war (hmm, dunno whats going between you and killah, and I told him I really dislike what he is doing).

We all must to see both sites of the table.

I fully understand your situation Brian.

Your bank or processor is bitching with you. A lot of money is involved. So nerves are blank.

Only thing wrong with the whole picture is that if your processor is bitching with you, you should know better than keep telling that wires are out when they are not.
Thats also business sense.

And than, on the other site, we keep nagging our banks and ask where is our money?
Promised payments for 6 weeks are not in the banks.
There is no way "hard feelings" can be kept out that way.

A business relation ship is based on "trusting eachother", especially on the web, without written contracts or anything.

So a word must be a word.
If you say a wire is out you must be sure it went out.
This would never been made public if you would have said that payments cant be done right now.

Thats just my 2 cents, and I suggest to all involved that we work on this one together with Brian.

Starting a war doesnt do anything good, and we all lose money.

Later,

Dan

When I was considering selling exit traffic I asked around about MrBrian. All I heard was good reports from many of the big players. I do not sell exit traffic to MrBrian or any other traffic broker for that matter so I'm impartial in that respect. I expect MrBrian will sort out the problems he's had as what you'll find is good reputations take a long time to build but can be destroyed very quickly. I don't believe he would throw away his repututation for a months turnover.

Best of Luck

Right Rimmer,
I do not doubt that Brian is paying, I have been paid by him before without problems.

As I said before its a kind of "dis-comunication".

Firstly - apologies again to Brian.
-----------------------------------

DanS seems to have got it right i think, with the 'mis-communication' comment.

I will give EMI a call, have a chat with them.

Why did i get a little stressed? Because Brian told Chris (my partner) the wires had gone out.

We expected the money to be there, and when we got the statement from the bank the account was overdrawn - we had spent the money we thought was there.

I did not know you were _still_ having problems with the bank, you told us things were back top business as usual.

Like DanS said, we appreciate that you cant pay us unless you yourself have been paid, but look where i am coming from: You tell me things are now sorted and that you sent the wires out. I expect there to be money in the account, and get a pissed off bank manager telling me i am overdrawn.

I agree with you Brian - you certainly have helped CJ sites become established, and made them theoretically profitable businesses to run.

Ah well, Dan is right, no-one wants some war going on, and i hope things will calm down soon.

Richard.
