Management price depends on server bandwith, support requests / month.
For example, I won't request 100$ for managing 80-100$/month 1000 gigs server.

What I do not:
I don't install or play with New kernel (with one mistake, your server may become unbootable, physical access required which I don't have)
I don't install any security patches, I never did since last 3 years, never got a problem.
