Has anyone gotten the e-mail from EZ Green.

It is basically a black mail attempt to keep people quite and, if they feel like it, they will pay what is owed over the next 18 months.

That is only if what you are owed devided by 18 is over $35.00 per month.

I have posted a copy of the email here

http://dreamgirlz.sexplanets.com/amc1/ezgreenblkmail.html

If anybody is in their area, please let us get together and organize something to get our money from these people.

Thanks

Mason

dude, you asked a specific question. i didn't use them - i heard bad things about them.

that email is fucked up - to get paid money they OWE you, you have to keep promoting them. i got an email like that once - from 3xworld after he didn't pay anyone. it's pretty fucked up - you should pay me whether i keep promoting you or not. it's only the law!

That is so retarded! I swear some of these people don't even put up a pretense of actually being businessmen/women. Depending on how much money owed, my advice is dump them, they are never going to pay, and post that everywhere. Spread the word and take your money out of their pockets by losing good webmasters.

Though I agree that it is a weird email, I think its to soon to start complaining.

Personaly they have always payed me, when they got in to $$$ problems I could understand the delays.

I always received good support from these guys so I'm going to wait and see what actually will happen.

Let's not jump the gun http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

These are the same people that run freshphotos.com, hmm wonder if they'd give me a few content cd's for the money they owe me. I doubt it.

Thing that sux is I was gonna buy some content from fresh photos. Now should I go and spend money there, when they owe me money?

I don't think it is jumping the gun.

We are not talking about a couple of months now. We are talking about no payment for September on. This is a long time. With no response from them as to why they won't pay.

Now I get this email and it says that in order for them to pay me my money I have to abide by new rules which amount to blackmail.

I won't do it and I am looking for all other webmasters that they owe money to and possibly together we can take some action against them.

In a court of law, I doubt any of the TOS these companies make us follow would be valid.

I can't think of another business in which say that we are not going to pay you if you bad mouth my company, or any of the other TOS that are out of the ordinary.

The bottom line is that they owe the money and now have put added stipulation on the payment. That doesn't fly.

Yes it is a comparitively small amount of money but if they are called on this garbage then maybe the next sponsor wil think twice before they screw a lot of webmasters.

Is there anybody in their area that might ask around for an attorney. I am kind of far away so it is hard for me.

Go look at the other post of mine farther down which has the whois posted for them.

And it's not only that. They want to pay us 60 cents per email for now on. What a joke!

Each time I read their email I get more furious.

They owe me almost $500 and now they want to pay me that in 18 months and only if I generate $100 every month with their 60 cents per email program. This is stealing my money!

I'm now using a reliable email program that pays more and always on time and I don't want to continue promoting Ezgreen to get my money.

I can understand if they have problems and can't pay us at this moment, but they can NEVER demand us to continue using their program to pay us what we deserve!

I've never sued anyone, but is that so dificult to do so? I mean, if someone steals me money I can't sue him because it costs me more to do it than I would receive after that??? What kind of freaking world do we leave in???

You and I are in the same boat.

We are too far away to actually do anything about this in a legal way.

Is there anybody in their area that can ask a lawyer and maybe do a class action kind of thing because I know there are a lot, and I mean a lot, of webmasters affected by this.

Somebody please.

With so many adult sponsors competing for the same programs, why isn't there one that specialises in suing the rippoff sponsors?

If there were one like that, we could all pay a little to sue all those companies that got our money and the adult business would be much better for all of us.

There would be no more companies ripping our money and laughing of us by even saying this on their email:

"We hope you are as excited about our partnership as we are." http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/smilies/fuck.gif

I was just getting ready to signup for Ezgreen and decided to come over here and see if there was any dirt on them. I'm glad I didn't sign up!

If you read the board there was a whole debate about them not that long ago. And just about everyone said they are a rip off. even sponsorwatch has them up and the majority of the posts are flaming them.

So why anyone would use them is beyond me. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/confused.gif

Or maybe they didnt research them first who knows.

You're right, that was "not that long ago". So you should understand that we're talking about the money generated by the last 3-4 months.

I think it was even me who started that topic. And after that they payed me one month (September). But they still owe me and many other webmasters the money for another 2-3 months.
