strange stats....

Is it possible, and how is it possible, to have the list of outgoing IP's pretty much different than the list of incoming... I'm very suspicious of this one, but don't want to go public.. Also, I preffer to give the benefit of the doubt..

(a) That's not a complete list of IP's but the most popular IP's ... therefore there are many extra IP's with only a single occurence not listed there which would match up with outgoing.
(b) Incoming IP's shouldn't be very repetitive but you hope that outgoing IP's be more repetitive within reason because you want people to click several times.

It just was confusing to me to see my top outgoing ips not in my incoming IP's at all...
