Getting Into Yahoo!

Hey everyone. I'm planning to make a new celeb site (non CJ of coarse) with full content. Say around 30 celebrities with and average of 10 pics each. Then I want to pay yahoo $600 to look at it and consider adding it to their directory. First off, Im not sure that 300 pictures is "enouph content for yahoo", second most of the pictures were gathered from friends, newsgroups, and mailing list and im not quite sure about the ownership rights, and third is there a cheaper way to get into yahoo (ie paying someone to get me in like proboost.com or some other professional submission service). CelebsWorld is top-listed in yahoo, they
send about 1-2k traffic, and I must admit,
the traffic is realllllllllly good
(about 230% productivity)

What mistake did you make, and how did you get celebsworld into yahoo? Did you pay the $600 or did you do it back when it was only 200$?
