Why don't anyone make a patch to Apache that automaticcaly adds the Smart Tag prevention code in all html pages server on that server??
Anyone know of people that would be able and willing to make a patch like that?

I'm afraid not. The script inserts a the Smart Tag prevention tag in your
pages, and that tag is currently only supported by Microsoft's software (XP).

just put this tag between &lt;head&gt; & &lt;/head&gt;
in your pages - simple as that
