You can recieve the money (they will show on your account) but in order for you to use them you need to add a cc.
Rgs Mr Woody.
You can still get cash, and you can ALSO SPEND it but their is a limit on how much you can spend until you are verified.
Also in order to be verified you need to add a bank account. You really only need to add a CC if you want to use their debit/atm cards.

Hi, I use pay pal a lot. You can basically do all the same things when your unverified as when you're verified. The only difference is that if someone sends you money, and you rip them off (usually for ebay auctions, that's why the whole verified system was created) then the person who sent you the money isn't insured. They're only insured if you are verified.
Example, you buy a 500 dollar product on ebay from some guy who's unverified. They just take your money and run. Then you lose the 500 dollars.
On the other hand if you buy a 500 dollar product off ebay, send it to a guy who's verified, and he runs off with your money, then pay pal has to replace the 500 dollars you lost.
I also think the other diffence is that you don't need to add funds when your verified. Everything just gets taken out of your bank account automatically.

Hi, sorry for all my spelling mistakes in the last one http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
When you sign up for pay pal, you have to put down a cc number. You're not verified until you authenticate your bank account. Not if you don't put down your cc number.
