Info about Traffic

I need to know how to get great traffic without linking to the whole damn web.Too many rep. links to put on my site ,and specialy gallery post.My site is new but I got over 3000 hits in about three weeeks ,but i need more pernement links somewhere .So I dont have work so much.OOOhh yea a newby ,But not new to webmastering.I have a Webmaster Resource Center (http://www.webmaster.webstat.net) and my Adult site is Sweet XXX free pics gallery (http://sweetx.webstat.net) .Ay sugestion for my adult site is much appreciete .
