Hello

I've been lurking here for the past few weeks as I've been digging into traffic trading. There's alot of knowledge here and let me say thank you to the people who take the time to share :D I imagine I'll have plenty of stupid questions as I learn, so please bear with me LOL

I'm opening a TGP within the next few days (anyone with traffic for sale, spam away - d t k at vgirls.com) and am looking forward to arranging good trades with many of you :)

Here's a general topic I'd like opinions on: TGP vs CJ. If you were starting a site right now, which would you choose and why?

Hope everyone has a rockin New Year!!!

David

Well you will find many conflicting views with CJ and TGP so its best to start with CJ and learn how trading works before getting into TGP. Also TGP takes more time for updates and reviewing posts so its easier the CJ route.

Toker - Were you referring to cj1 or cj2?

your best bet is a cj1 at this point. It's unlikely that you'll make any money with a new tgp. The only tgp's out there making money at this point are the ones that are doing a lot of bookmarkers.

Billy D, I have to disagree with you on the point that the only TGPs making money are the larger ones with alot of bookmarks. I run a TGP and the sales are great. The main thing is how you set it up and who you make deals with. There is money to be made with a TGP, but it does take alot of time.

fantasy x, I never said just the larger tgp's are making money. I said that only the ones with a lot of bookmarkers.

I'm not sure how you're making money, but as far as I'm concerned, unless your tgp is doing 5-10k in real bookmarkers, it's unlikely you're making any money. But of course it's possible :)

I'd choose a CJ over TGP too.
I have experience with both, and my CJ's (CJ2) make twice as much money with quarter the traffic of my TGP's.
And with the time it takes to keep a TGP running, it's just not worth it really - unless you're willing to give it a year or so to establish itself.

CJ's are the easiest and quickest route IMO.

Jason.

Interesting...How about CJ1 vs CJ2? There was a really interesting thread recently about reviving (if that's the right word) CJ1. Thoughts??

Also, can anyone point me to a list of mid and high traffic cjs??

Thanks!
